I am thinking about doing some special flavors for each season. We have lots of edible things that grow in our yard, and so as they come up every year, I will make bagels with them as they come.
This month is going to be rhubarb crumble bagels.
***The rhubarb is still growing well, so this flavor will be available through June!***
