These are the current standard flavors that I offer:

- Honey Oat
- Cinnamon Raisin
- Olive Mozzarella
- Cheddar
- Sesame
- Cinnamon Sugar
- Herb
- Lemon Poppyseed
These are some seasonal flavors that I offer:
SUMMER
- Black Raspberry (This bagel is made with homegrown black raspberries, and has a beautiful color)
- Blueberry (This bagel is made with blueberries from our bushes)
- Rhubarb Crumble (This bagel is made with rhubarb from our yard and a topping of cinnamon, butter, brown sugar, and flour)
- Strawberry Rhubarb (This bagel is made with homegrown rhubarb, and as our strawberry patch expands, we hope to be able to use homegrown strawberries instead of storebought ones)
FALL
- Pumpkin (Although I have used canned pumpkin, my favorite is when we have pumpkin that we grew and harvested)
- Cranberry Orange (Sadly, we can't grow cranberries or oranges here, but we still love this flavor)
- Apple Spice (This bagel is a mixture of homegrown apples, nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon)
WINTER
- Gingerbread (This bagel is made with classic gingerbread spices: ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and molasses)
